We are able to successfully repair over 95% of the Xbox 360 repair orders that we receive.  In the rare event that your console is un-repairable, you have the option of either receiving a refund for the repair price, or using the repair price as a credit towards a heavily discounted replacement console.

Will I lose all of my game saves and other data?
Unless your problem is related to a faulty memory card or hard drive, you will not lose any of your saved games, profiles, or other information.
